Louisa welcomed everyone to the meeting and introductions and noted apologies.

Previous meetings were passed with no outstanding actions. Kate proposing the minutes, Steven seconding them.
Chairs annual report, Louisa spoke through Carolyn’s report in her absence. Thanks to the community councillors, Derek, and Sally Packer. Mhairi also added a special vote of thanks to the Chair as she does a fantastic job.
Independent financial advisor David Jordan has signed off on our finances. Balance of £1976.70 at end of year. David Jordan will do sign these off again next year. Thanks afforded to him for the great job he done.
Review of inventory Mic stand and PA system, held at Couper Library.

Decision was made to co-opt Sally Packer as an associate member of the CDCC.
